Hire of Equipment for the 2010 Season

Sailing with Pisco & Wayfarer

 

Conditions: a minimum of 2 adults on the water and RYA Level 2 sailing.

 

Cost:

£15.00 per hour for the pisco.

£25.00 per hour for the wayfarer.

 

All fees are per person and payable at the time of hire.  

 

All users must adhere to Bear Creek Adventure Ltd & Edgbaston Watersports booking conditions and the Code of Conduct as set out by the RYA & Midland Sailing Club
The decision of the Duty Manager will be final in all matters relating to the site/users.
At least 24 hours notice must be given for all bookings and we have the right to refuse permission.

Age Limits - young people under 16 years should be accompanied by a responsible adult (over 18 years). The minimum age for attending courses is 12 years.

All courses are subject to sufficient numbers and suitable weather conditions and are non-residential.  

 

Non-refundable deposits are required at time of booking and the full amount is payable before start of course.

 

Outdoor activities are potentially dangerous activities, all participants must be aware of the risk.  

 

Bear Creek Adventure Ltd is under no liability whatsoever in respect of loss/damage to property, injury or death.
